The Fibonacci sequence
0, 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ...

Each element is derived from the sum of the two previous elements. For example, the number 8 is obtained by the numbers 3 and 5 to each other and to count. The number 13 is obtained by adding 5 to 8. Describes the Fibonacci pattern of growth is also reflected in nature and is therefore seen as a natural sequence.
