The Process: I began with an Artsy Paper from Annas new ArtPlay. I added the photo, and placed it on blend mode Hard Light. I duplicated the photo, and the top copy was placed on the Normal Blend Mode, but only bits of the photo were blended in slightly. I added the frame, masked out a portion, duplicated the frame, enlarged it a bit, and then changed that frames color. I added the elements below, the edge overlay, and the WordART. I then added the quote, and finished up with the Warm Glow, changing its color and opacity a bit.
