First Ive placed the picture, than at the left and right side 2 transfers, the transfer above Ive blend to hard light, over the picture Ive placed also a transfer and blend it to overlay on 40%, after that Ive placed 3 RetroGlows, in the middle and on the left and right side that Ive blend, than Ive places 3 overlays, the frame, buttons and WordArt little and big.
