Process:
Over neutral bg, place clipping mask (I used the FotoBlendz free ART sample from the aA shop).
Clip ArtsyKardz 6x6 Joyful to mask. Copy Transfer and set to Soft Light mode.
Clip photo with balloons on top of transfers on Pin Light mode. Add foto glow to enhance color.
Add a Multi Media Balloons No 1 over photo layers.
Add transfer to top of page and place under photo layers.
Complete page with artstrokes, supporting elements and journaling.
