The photostrips in this template were perfect for capturing some same-themes but blurry iPhone photos
The triangles are also forcing me to finally master text inside a path.

Box 1
Ocean Beach at Christmas time is quintessential California. It kicks off with the Christmas parade featuring woodies and buggies and kitsch and lots of surfing themed floats. The kids unicycle team and the samba dancers are crowd favorites. This year it was supposed to rain but at the last minute the skies cleared and the parade was a go. we live just a few blocks away so no traffic for us! Just a walk up the hill listening to the party music and taking in the neighborhood lights. This year there was chili and cinnamon rolls at home to cap off a fantastic evening.
Box 2
Our neighborhood potluck is a must attend every December. This year it was at Sandys and Chuck's house and Remy made a Kit-Kat bar Stonehenge - pretty nifty. If it wasnt for Sandy I would never have known about this neighborhood - but we did and it lead us to our house just up the block.
Box 3
Christmas spirit was everywhere the night of the neighborhood potluck. We left to walk home and found an entire group of Portuguese dancers setting up on the street. We watched for some time as little children through adults celebrated the Portuguese presence in Pt Loma Then, just after we returned home and got ready for bed, carolers came to our door and serenaded us. Ho! ho! ho! Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.
