First I chooce the background after that Ive placed 3 overlays, 2 transfers, 2 brushes, 3 doilys , 2 splatters, 1 flag and 2 flowers. Ive blend the doilys in hard light, so I did with the center overlay, the 2 flowers, the flags and the 2 buttons for a special and some transparant effect.
