Process:
Firstly I edited my photo in Picasa. I have created two version. In first photo I used HDR effect and dissolve, on the second I used drawing too.
I used two papers. I opened an artsy paper then I put a solid paper there with pin light layer style. I put my two of photos there and blend them into the paper. I put the artsy frames there twice and flipped horizontal one of them. I grouped the photos and the frames and duplicated them. Changed the layers styles to color burn. Finally I used some transfers, artsy strokes, WA, brushes and 3D elements.
