My Beautiful Niece and her Son who live in Australia, more people that I love that live just too far away, so I keep them close to me by scrapping the photos that they send to me.
After loading my paper and photo onto the layout I add ed the transfers and placed them over the photo layer, I then added the FotoBlendz Mask and clipped it to the photo layer. The Glow was added just below the photo layer and I decreased the opacity to 69%. A couple of carefully placed elements and my layout was complete.
