Process | Place transfer in centre of background paper. Add photo to the top. Blend Photo to the transfer. duplicate photo. Change the bottom photo blending mode to multiply, the top duplicate to screen. Add a few glows and embellishments. Add urban frame transfers to the background-recolor the same colour as the background paper then change the blending mode to multiply and reduce the opacity. Add another transfer beneath the frame transfers, duplicate it and add it to the other side as well. erase parts of the transfer that aren't needed.
