Journaling reads: You turned 21 this past year. I can tell that you long to move out and be out on your own, and although I know it will be a wonderful and exciting new phase for all of us, I also know that for your dad and I (and Cricket too), it will take some getting use to the void of not having you in our home. So for now, I cherish every month, week, hour, minute, and second that you remain at home knowing that someday soon we wont see that sweet face of yours on a daily basis.

The Process: I love AP Simplicity. The grays and pinks are just gorgeous. I began with one of the Artsy Papers from the kit. Added the frame, placed the photo, and blended it in place, allowing it to spill over the edge of the frame. I added a variety of transfers, and brushes, using predominantly the soft pinks. I added the twill ribbon, placing the WordArt on top. I placed the bow and brad slightly overlapping the twill. I added a few of the MagicFlares, one in white, the other was changed to a muted pink, and placed behind the photo to color the paper to the left side of the photo. I added the WordArt to the right of the photo, and the journaling.
