Process:
Adjust photo brightness/contrast/color with apps or PS/PSE. Saturate color or blend with colorful paper.
Edit photo with painting apps or comparable painting filters in PS/PSE. I use the Glaze app.
Clip photo to mask over neutral bg paper.
Complete page with additional elements such as SnowSprinklez, Script Tease and Warm Glows for highlight.
