Journaling reads: Rachels first time on skis with Daddy close at hand. Not her first time in the snow, and loving being in such a different environment that that she is use to. So bundled up, she is barely able to move, she hold tight to daddys hand as he helps her glide over the snow.

The Process: I began with the pale blue background paper. To give it more interest, I placed the textured white paper from PotPourri Paperie No.5 under it, and applied the blend mode Multiply to the pale blue paper. I added the frame, and attached the photo to it. I then began adding various transfers underneath the photo. I duplicated the photograph, and placing it on top of the frame layer, I masked all but the few areas of the photograph that I wanted to extend beyond the frame. I added the title, and journaling, and the little skier from Cool Sports No. 1, which I placed on blend mode Overlay, to pick up the blue from the paper beneath it. I added the painted edge overlay, also placing that on blend mode Overlay. I finished up by adding the sparkle dots directly under the frame (Love them!!!)
