This is truly one of my favorite photos of Christmas past. My hubby and I always wanted to keep the magic alive. We let our sons sleep in front of the fire place in hopes of seeing Santa. We did this for many years. My husband even put fire place ashes on his boots and created footprints to the tree. As the boys got smarter they even put a bell on the door but still they slept.
