We had our first real snow yesterday...bitterly cold but light, fluffy snow. I shot this, standing on a little ladder on our deck so I could capture just my little Maple and the snow!
Repeated journaling behind the tree: Winter is here. The leaves have all fallen from my little Maple tree. Today light fluffy snow fell on my little Maple, covering the grass below it. It was cold as I stepped out on the deck, but I loved the look today of just the bare branches against the snow.
