Process:
Place neutral background paper with a little texture. I chose a paper from AP Winter Wonderland.
Place photo over paper, set to pin light. (rain drops are in the original photo)
(Color in trees/houses: Place colorful paper of your choice over photo. Set to hue mode.
This mode works well for landscape/street scenes with dark and light, neutral areas.
The color will appear in the dark areas of the photo. Neutral areas will remain neutral.)
Place green paint drips from Paula Kesslering Art in the Box on darken mode.
Open sprinklez transfer from AP Sweet Christmas on darken mode.
Place and arrange multiple copies where desired.
Complete page with Loop and title.
