Placed the psd Frame & clipped my photo to the mask
Place Evergreen Plume behind frame

Placed Christmas WordART, recolored to white, duplicated, recolored & nudged
Finished by placing UrbanStitchez Christmas and elements from ArtPlay Palette Holly
