i love this photo. the odd fading gives it a very interesting dynamic.

process...
i started with the solid bg paper from ap blessings. i added a 6 x 6 artsykard .psd file in the middle of the page and enlarged it. i turned off some of the layers so that i was left with the left part of the ak and the leaf pattern on the right. i put the photo over the ak. i blended a larger image behind the ak. i added the elements then worked some on the placement of the journaling. i am a big fan of the acrylic alpha, especially for long titles. i reduced the opacity to 50 percent on the letters after "s" in conversation so that the title faded to right like the photo.
