Process | The Artsy layered templates make it so easy. I placed a solid background paper then clipped an artsy paper from APP Vintage halloween to a paint layer. I chose a blue from my photos and recovered more paint layers. I added a few transfers -1 clipped to a paint layer, 1 behind the photo and 1 of them (copper paint) to replace the silver paint of the template. I recovered the frames from white to black. Added a few embellishments and journaling.
