Process:
Choose and artsy paper. Put a blendz there and clip a transfer and your photo with it. Put the doll element there and use layer style to multiply. Use a frame and blend at the doll it. Put a SpookyGlows there, change the layer style to darker color. Finally use some 3D elements with realistic shadows, and some brushes.
