Process
Clipped my photo to Reflections brush and merged the two layers. Then experimented with blending modes, effects, and artistic filters until I was satisfied.
Clipped chevron paper to Reflections brush and placed behind balloon image.
Added cloud and put APP Reflections transfer (recolored) behind cloud.
Clipped blue paper to brush and placed at lower left corner of image.
Added background paper.
