Process:
First prepare photo: Open your photo and make a copy.
On first copy, saturate color by using the enhance/adjust color tools.
On second copy, create high contrast by adjusting lighting and color curves to create a sketch effect
or use sketch filter or sketch app (such as XnSketch).
Place background paper. Place photo mask (I used brush from new AP) above bg.
Clip photo to mask. I used two copies of photo. One at 100% normal, topped by a second at 40% color burn.
Place ripple swirl brush from the new AP under photo layers. Make another copy of photo and clip to brush.
Complete page with Title (I used new Reflections WordMix No.1, journaling and brushes used as page edgers.
To add subtle definition, I added a new Leaf Glow No.1 set to Overlay mode in the lower right corner.
