Process:
Create a black background paper and put a clipping mask to the center. Use an invert filter with it and clip your photo too. I prepared my photo in Picasa earlier. Don't forget, that if you would like to see a little white around your page (as in my page too), you have to use a little smaller photo as your mask. Put a WA on the photo and a little element to the corner.
