Process | I opened the template and placed a transfer form the new Artplay palette under the large frame on the right (I hid the square clipping mask). I clipped my photo to that transfer. next I added an artsy background paper. Then I used the color picker and grabbed the blue from the photo and changed the paint layer to that. I clipped ArtsyKardz to the other framed clipping masks. i added a camera transfer and a camera brush.
