Process :
I first worked my picture by superimposing a color copy and a black and white copy and playing with blending modes. I added transfers between the layers and changing several blending modes to achieve what I wanted. When I was almost satisfied, I merged together, then I clipped it on a Watercolor Blendz. I then added a texture across the frame and transfer. And I colorized the WordArt with glows.
