I'm feeling sad about my little dog. For the past two weeks I've taken him to the vets
three times a week for treatment for Kidney Disease which is getting worse.
The treatments just keep him comfortable for as long as possible.
He also has other health issues including doggie dementia which I've journaled below.

Journaling: Standing at the hinged side of a door. Getting stuck in the corner. Wandering aimlessly. Staring at blank walls. Standing frozen under furniture and forgetting how to get out. My sweet little 13 yr old pup, Kobi, has the canine version of Alzheimers. Although he appears to be less stressed by his symptoms than I am, its very sad to watch. I read recently that older dogs have a great deal to teach us as they soften us and bring out the best in what it is to be human. This little guy needs a lot of love right now. August 2013

Process:
Love the Torn Edge Template, which works perfectly for adding text down the side.
I placed the Edge template and clipped paper to the mask layer.
I duplicated the template to create another edge and clipped the pink paper to the mask.
Adjust the templates so both edges are visible.
Place a clipping mask or transfer on the page and clip your photo.
Adjust the photos light/contrast, curves, etc and set to desired blending mode (I used Hard Light).
I added a transfer clipped with a gray paper under the photo layer to add dimension.
Add the Jazzed Up Loop No.3 to the upper left. This element comes with sprinklez,
but I substituted Annas question mark sprinklez from Magic Sprinklez No.5.
