Journaling:
After climbing several poles and making his way
through the crawl space under the house,
the service person thoroughly explained my new
internet system and the tv remote
(always a challenge in my opinion).
When he was on his way, I went to
rescue my cat, Tinsley, who hides
under the bed when a stranger enters
his domain. Hmmm...no cat under the bed.
No cat in the bathtub (another favorite
hiding place). No cat in the closet.
Concerned at this point,
I started calling his name
and shaking the treat bag...still no cat.
Now a little frantic, I headed outside
and circled the house several times...hoping
my new neighbors didnt notice my sense
of urgency. Indoors again, I entered
my bedroom and noticed the service man
forgot to replace the door in the
closet floor leading to the
crawl space. I lowered a step ladder
into the space...after an hour of
coaxing, Tinsley surfaced!

PROCESS
Started with Artsy Layered Template No.111 (coming soon)modified by deleting the small, framed photo masks. Clipped my photo and transfers to the remaining parts of the template.
Merged/flattened all above layers and clipped to 12x12 mask, and drug to background paper.
Added transfer behind image.
Added transfers/wordart (color burn mode).
Added glow under word 'mishap'
Added text from APP Life's Little and lowered opacity.
Added edges, clipped with transfers (color burn mode) and with gold and brown papers.
Embossed Cat brush and placed on top of all layers.
To Cat brush, I clipped layers of gold and brown, erasing parts of each layer to create a varied look.
