I was totally scraplifted this page from Shirley (aka squeak) posted at DD. Bg paper, loopdaloop, urban stitches by Anna Aspnes Heart by Katie Pertiet To do this I made a square and arranged my layouts 5 in a row. Once the square was filled I drew a circle over it and inversed and deleted what I didn`t want. I then went to filter spherize and got my sphere, duplicated it and flipped it for the reflection part. Erased what I didn`t want. Added a bg paper and elements. If you go to you tube there are some tuts you can follow( found this out after I had spent a loooong time working on this on my own).
