Process
I applied Irenes sketch process https://ozone.oscraps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23268 to the photo and topped it with a frame.
Under the photo layer I clipped an AK Learn (coming Wed.) to a clipping mask from Abstract FB7.
To balance the page I placed Hipster Plume No 29_5 on the far right, adding word labels to create a cluster.
Add glows to enhance light and contrast.
Add sparkles, brushes and WordART for detail.
To complete the page and ground the photo, I added Stained Edge Overlays No.1
clipped with a paper from AP Learn.
