Process:
This was not a perfect quality photo, so I used PSE enhancement tools and blending filters to create a high contrast image.
The background is a paper layer from AP Ocean Cove blended with a transfer from AP Sun Fun on darken mode.
Add brushes from AP Tangier and WordArt.
