I decided to do another scrap page - one page turned into three! I decided to go dig out some old holiday snaps. Let me emphasise the word "OLD" here. I am SO disappointed with these pages given the age of the photo and how poorly they scanned. Most were just useless and could not be used. How spoilt are we these days when it comes to zoom and cropping. I so loved my solo holiday adventure to Africa way back in the summer of '93/94. Loved it so much I went back some time later to live and work. But I digress. When I lived in Africa and got a bit down, my friend and I used to play "I'm happy because ...." and we had to think of all the reasons why that moment in life was good. So given my unhappiness with these results, time to play "I'm happy because".


I'm happy because:


1. I had a lovely trip down memory lane going through all my old photos (THANK YOU SUE - would not have done it without your prompting)


2. I have finally scanned some of these precious photos to computer


3. I have created a wonderful talking point with my children about the adventures their Mamma used to get up to.


See! So many reasons to feel satisfied.
