process...
most of the work was done by Anna ... i used the new skribble summer boat and palm tree which come in psd files with the stains already to be colored or not. after getting the images on the page, i used a blop of color and twisted it into the shapes i wanted using the warp tool (blue for the boat and green for the palm tree). for the sun, i used a hard round brush and stamped a circle of orange/yellow then added a little bit of extra color to the inside of the circle. the sea sprinklez were added over the other layers. the background color is there because my son said it looked too plain without a border! if you don't have the warp tool, you can use the liquefy tool in elements.
