Process:
I started with an Artsy Paper from APP Ocean Cove
Cut & Pasted a Portion of the Artsy Paper & added a Drop Shadow
Placed Photo and Set Blending Mode to 100% Color Burn & Duplicated Photo
Placed Stained Glow & Set Blending Mode to Overlay
