For this page I used a FotoBlendz Overlay (I'm a fan of these) that I've clipped several copies of my photo using different blending modes to bring out the blue of the sea that gives light to the page. Between layers, I arranged transfers. And then I just added a Overlay that I colored with an artsy paper.
