Process:
The photo was processed in two layers; black and white and high contrast color.
Clip photo layers to paint mask in ALT 105.
Play around with photo layers blending modes and opacities and try duplicating or replicating layers with varying blend modes.

Layer page with brushes and transfers from AP Summer Breeze for a watercolor effect.
Adjust blending modes and opacities.
Place Title. Clip green glow from the AP and
CoolGlow No.1 to WordART title to achieve the green and blue colors.
