Process:
Placed 4 different 6x6 ArtsyKardz on background paper and applied low recessed effect to each.
Find 'low' recessed effect in PSE on right side under: Edit>Full>Effects> look for a square icon that looks like it's been cut outthere is a high and a low version.
Placed a seashell brush in the center of each ArtsyKardz.
Clipped gold paint to each seashell brush.
Added many layers of transfers from ArtsyKardz and APP Ocean Cove, glows, and elements.
