Process:
Prepare background: Place 6x6 AK Ocean Cove_4 and enlarge to 12x12 to fit background.
Open ArtsyLayered Temp DuoPack3_4. I used the textural, lace and paint transfer layers on my page.
(Love the soft blue of the paint transfer layer)
Prepare photo: Open photo and blur for soft effect.
Copy background paper and place under photo. At this point the paper and photo are not the same size.
Set photo to color burn and position over AK for best effect.
Crop the paper underneath to fit photo. Merge the two layers.
Place frame and shadow from Artsy Layered Template DuoPack 3_2 over photo. Resize frame to fit photo.
Complete page: Add artstroke to left side of photo.
Add red heart for a pop of color and page balance.
Place title. Add glows from LoveGlows No.1 over title and heart on Color Mode.
