Process:
I started with an Artsy Paper from APP Ocean Cove
Placed Photo and Set Blending Mode to 100% Color Burn
Used Eraser Brushes to Blend Photo into Artsy Paper
Duplicated Photo and Set Blending Mode to 100% Soft Light
Placed Transfers & Stitching(re-colored)
Finished with Elements & Wordart
