Process for photo tinting:
In PhotoShop Elements--
Under Enhance--Converted color photo to black/whiteseemed a little harsh so..
Under Enhance>Adjust Color>Color Variations, I chose 'less blue' to achieve the sepia tone which was a little too brown for the look I wanted so under Under Enhance>Adjust Color>Adjust Hue and Saturation, I lowered the saturation to get a softer look.
Page Design Process:
This page design is fairly straightforward
Clipped image to mask and placed on background paper.
Added Glow behind image and flower on top.
Added two transfers to the right of the image.
Added text.
