Process:
Clipped my photo to mask and placed on bg paper. Layered brushes and transfers in the sky and below the waves in the photo.
Clipped paper to WordART and Placed on top of image.
Clipped paper to ScriptTease Frame and enlarged it to fit as a full-page overlay.
