Process:
I started with an Artsy Paper from APP Ocean Cove
Placed Photo and Set Blending Mode to 100% Color Burn
Used Eraser Brushes to Blend Photo into Artsy Paper
Duplicated Photo and Set Blending Mode to 100% Soft Light
Framed Portion of the Photo and Placed Transfers
Placed Stained Glow to add Light
Finished with Art Strokes, Lace Textures, Buttons & Wordart
