My neighbor came back from Cuba with some very small, low resolution photos of that amazing place. So I used filters and textures to disguise their low quality. Initially I was using very bright colors for the background, but changed to whites to emphasize the color in the photos. Didn't even want color for the text. The City Limits paper is perfect to convey the charming, but run-down condition of the city.
