I used a double exposure technique that is really easy,
select an image with a dark color with high contrast to white,
in this case the dark color was black in the right side of the face,
then create a layer over with another image with a contrasting colors and utilize the blending nmode on the layer called "saturation",
you will see that both images get overexposed.
I merged the layers and then I apply a watercolor technique using brushes and erasers to the merged layer.
