Playing with some of Annas ARTsale kits and a photo of my son.

Page Process-
-Photo was clipped to CanvasTransfer and photo was duplicated and color dodge blending mode was applied to the second photo layer
-StainGlows above the photo layers were added and the blending modes color and darken were applied and the opacity adjusted
-background is paperie for AP Jardinier and the textured layovers No. 3 were recolored and added along with multiple brushes to just mess it up as much as possible!
-I created the greenish/blue painted effect on the edge of the transfer with the brush tool and just messed up the edges to create a more blended edge feel
-The color in the wordART life was achieved by duplicating the photo layers and then clipping it to the worART and applying the lighter color blending mode.
-An UrbanStitchez was added and grunged up some edge overlays and one of them was slightly decreased in size to add the skinny white edge to the border and frame the page and the photo a bit more.
