Journaling: When I couldnt find a job I didnt know what to do. A friend of mine told me God had a plan for me and asked if there was something that had been on my mind and I knew exactly what she was talking about. Since we had moved to NC I had thought about opening up a coffee stand like they have on every corner around Seattle. I missed home and this was a great way to bring home to me. So one step at a time my husband and I started building the business. He created the bulding and I created the plan and the inner workings of the business. Having no clue what I was doing i slowly built my very own business. I went to school to become an x-ray tech. I never in a million years thought I would be waking up every morning at 4am to open up my very own coffee stand. I have learned above all things that I am capable and...I can do anything.
