Can't remember which white Anna paper I used for the background.
Font/Engravers MT
Process:
On photo, used film grain filter; then applied exclusion, then linear light. Used low recessed effect on the photo to create the appearance of a cut mat. Clipped hot pink paper to the fine edge frame. Clipped chevron paper to artsy edges.
