Process:
1. Choose an artsy paper and put a frame on it
2. Create a new layer and use a brush to make a photo-mask. Put your photo there and clip it
3. use some transfers and brushes on paper
4. put some elements and WA on it
5. Use a flower overlay with smaller fill value
6. I used a Lightroom preset finally
