Journaling: Kate, I usually hold you close, walking and singing to you in order to get you to go down for your nap. Not today! Today I read these words from The Napping House: There is a house, a napping house... And on that granny there is a child, a dreaming child on a snoring granny on a cozy bed in a napping house, where everyone is sleeping... You listened and looked at the pages as I read. After I laid down on the floor, you crawled over to me, climbed up on my chest and closed your eyes. Then I gently shifted you to my side so I could take nap too. Being a grandma, it is all good!
