Journaling Reads (and yes I have all these typos in there..makes it more real
)
I was taught this as a child, and learned through the years, that when someone does something
nice for you, and helps you out, your way of repaying them, is to pay it forward. a lot of
times, people just do things out of the goodness of their heart and do not expect in return. So why wouldnt you want to do the same for someone. I remember one specific time that I was having
one the worst days ever. My daughter, who is bipolar told me she was having a baby, and she was in no way ready, mentaly or any other way. I went to the park to sit and think, I went to my car to leave and I had
a flat tire. I could not change it, and this nice lady saw me trying to get the lug nuts of and said if I needed help she could run home and get her husband. She was gone about 15 min and came back with him. He was sleeping (worked the late shift) and he came anyway, changed my tire. as I stood there watching and thanking them both over and over, we talked a bit and she revealed to me they had just lost a baby, three months earlier, that
she had carried to ful term. My heart ached for them. I offered to pay them, but they refused. I left the park and went on my way to get some lunch. as I waited to order my food, a young girl with a baby had odered, only to find she had forgotten her wallet. She was about to walk away, and I stepped up and offered to pay for
her food. She said no at first, and I told her to take my offer, as could help me or someone else one day when needed. I figured it was the universe and Gods way of showing me the world would be good enough to get my daughter and this new baby, and me too, through things and all would somehow be okay.
