process:

1. Choose a solid textured paper
2. Put your photo twice and make the top photo invisible
3. Use Find edges filter and change saturation to -100
4. Change the curves lines to create dark lines and change the layer style of photo to darken.
5. Use layer mask to blending it
6. Change to top photo to visible and change the layer style to Color burn
7. Put some elements on the right side of your page. Don't forget the small shadows
8. Put a WA between photos and elements.
9. Use some texture-brushes on your page
10. Use a big frame as overlay around your page
