Process:
Added grainy and watercolor filters to photo image, then changed hue/increased saturation and clipped to mask; layered clipped image to background paper.
Behind image, I placed WordArt ('Red Tone' effect added) and frame (erased part of the right side of frame).
On top of image, I layered 'dancer' brush, 'living' brush, tickets and brad.
